Translate this opinion into English.

It was an excellent experience. Charly and Lucas were attentive to our every need. We ate in a palapa surrounded by nature. The snorkeling was fantastic. The boat was a bit rocky for those sensitive to the sea. It's ESSENTIAL to use sunscreen and insect repellent before boarding. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We had an unforgettable day! Isla Contoy is a little slice of paradise, and Charly, our guide (who spoke French), took excellent care of us throughout the entire excursion. Ahora, Fernandez, and the other team members were also very friendly and helpful. The food and the atmosphere on the boat during the trips were also fantastic. From the hotel pick-up to the evening return, everything was perfect. Opinion translated. Show original.

A beautiful day that we enjoyed as a family. In the morning we visited Isla Mujeres, where we had an hour and a half to explore on our own and enjoy a swim. Then, halfway to Isla Contoy, we snorkeled for 30 minutes near the reef. We continued on to Isla Contoy, where we spent three hours, mesmerized by its beauty. We had time to swim, eat, take photos, and connect with this paradise. We returned to Cancun having enjoyed one of the best days of our vacation. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The excursion was okay. There's plenty of free time on both islands to explore and take photos. Breakfast wasn't included; they only offer a snack, and lunch is served very late. The guide was a bit curt and distant. The snorkeling was quite poor... We saw the same things the whole time, we didn't see any animals, and it was poorly organized. The equipment was bad, didn't fit properly, and water kept getting in. The islands are worthwhile, but the snorkeling is unnecessary. Opinion translated. Show original.

The excursion is lovely, the food excellent, the snorkeling decent, but it's a bit of a turn-off that they don't let you use sunscreen and you have to wear rash guards and a hat, constantly trying to avoid the sun, or else they make you get roasted alive. It doesn't make much sense to go to a paradise island and not be able to enjoy the sun and sea more freely. But those are the rules of the country, and that's just how it is. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

The team we were with all day was fantastic, very attentive and looking after us at all times. I highly recommend taking the excursion with them! We were also lucky enough to be the first to arrive at Isla Contoy, which was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was incredible. The only slightly tedious part was having to stop at each hotel to pick up people. But everything else was perfect. Opinion translated. Show original.

Actividad 100% recomendable. Y el fotógrafo Rodrigo de 10 también. Snorkeling on the reef was one of the best experiences we could have had; we saw rays, fish, and three bull sharks. This activity is 100% recommended. And our photographer Rodrigo was also fantastic.

We had to put on sunscreen outside, in front of a gas station. The restrooms at the port where we boarded the boat were filthy. They offered us coffee and washed the coffee maker in the restroom sinks. Disgusting. There was a cat on the coffee table that no one bothered to remove. Isla Mujeres is completely skippable. There's nothing there. Just vendors pressuring you to buy things. Isla Contoy is nice, but the route within the island is very short.

Translate this opinion into English.

Contoy Island is fantastic, a perfect paradise setting. Excellent lunch. The snorkeling experience was unforgettable; swimming in the open sea near the coral reef and observing the marine animals is a dream. Isla Mujeres is crowded and very commercial. Our guide, Daniel, did an excellent job, always very attentive. Opinion translated. Show original.

Isla mujeres mucha gente y la verdad que sobra Translate this opinion into English.

Isla Contoy is worth visiting if you go on a sunny day… the colors of the water make it even more enjoyable. The guides are excellent, and the crew is very attentive, especially Iker, a kid of about 10 who never stopped working. He's a machine! Isla Mujeres is very crowded, and honestly, it's unnecessary. An incredible experience with guides Daniel and Tlal. Isla Contoy is paradise, and the food they served was delicious. Isla Mujeres is more touristy, but you can still see a bit of the Mexican essence in its streets. We had a fantastic time on the boat with the guides and the very friendly and helpful crew. They make you feel comfortable from the moment they pick you up at your hotel until they drop you off. It's worth noting that they offer water, cola, and beer included in the price, as well as a little tequila. I highly recommend it. Opinion translated. Show original.

I was really happy with Isla Contoy and the food we had there. On the way to Isla Mujeres, we snorkeled and saw five sharks—it was incredible! But I have to say I absolutely do not recommend going to Isla Mujeres. It's incredibly crowded, and they only give you 50 minutes to wander around without you knowing what to do. Charly, our guide, was very attentive and friendly. Opinion translated. Show original.

No obstante no vimos nada.

The activity wasn't bad, but it could have been better. They didn't give us coffee at the beginning as they said they would. The snorkeling activity should be paid for separately there, since it's not always possible due to weather conditions. In this case, it was offered, but only to some people, as it required experience and knowing how to use fins; my partner couldn't participate. This experience requirement should be clearly stated. However, we didn't see anything. We spent an hour and a quarter on Isla Mujeres, but that's not enough time.

Our guides, Pepe and Fernando, made the experience truly amazing. The trip from Playa del Carmen is quite long, so it's best to arrive with plenty of energy. Opinion translated. Show original.

Repetiríamos 100% Translate this opinion into English.

Very happy to have chosen this activity. Contoy Island is spectacular, but the tour is also conducted in small groups and in a very respectful manner towards the environment. The guides and crew were very friendly, and you can tell they have a passion for teaching and conserving the wildlife and flora of this protected island. I have been on several excursions, and this is by far the one where I found the most honest and caring staff for the visitors. We would repeat it 100%. Opinion translated. Show original.
