Translate this opinion into English.

Fantastic tour. Our guide in Bolivia, Jaime, explained in detail the history and way of life of both Copacabana and Isla del Sol. The return bus was delayed, and he accompanied us during the entire wait. Opinion translated. Show original.

A long time on the tour, and passing through customs to Bolivia is a bit complicated. And the boat trip to Isla del Sol is also lengthy, and I didn't find many attractions on the island.

The activity is good. But the border process is very tedious both on the way there and on the way back. It takes a long time, more than two hours of the excursion are lost in this crossing. The guide is correct and concerned that we enjoy the visit, especially to Isla del Sol. But if you are not in good shape, doing the walk around the island between piers and taking the boat back is complicated. The food is simple but correct. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The excursion has been very interesting! It is true that we must add the Peru-Bolivia-Peru migration queues, which in our case, as it was just the day of the Virgin, took us about 2 more hours. August is the month with the most influx on the border due to the feast of the Virgin of Copacabana. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The only problem was that in the description of the tour, lunch and drinks were offered. And the guide informed me that there was no lunch. After contacting and getting upset with the agency, lunch was finally offered. I had a private guided tour of the island, with the round trip boat included, as well as entry to the island. Immigration is very strict, and it happens on the way back and forth, which actually makes the tour very short compared to the amount of hours Opinion translated. Show original.

The first thing was not to be specific that the transportation is not from the tour company but a bus that costs only 25 soles, the guide simply drops us off at the bus station to catch the bus and we have to manage. This we could have done ourselves !!!! During the tour the guide was very good and attentive (we loved it), but the boat was also only 20 soles and a good lunch but without drinks. On the way back no transfer as paid !! Expensive tour for what it is !!!

We confirm that the pickup schedule has been changed because there were only three participants. Guided tours are only available in Copacabana and Isla del Sol. We've taken note of your comments and will continue to improve whenever possible. The corresponding refund has already been issued. Opinion translated. Show original.

Very nice excursion, it is a bit cumbersome to go back and forth across the border, the guides we had were great, we wanted to stay one more day and the food was delicious. Opinion translated. Show original.

A long day for an hour and a half of excursion on the island. The guide Jaime was very good and explained everything to us very well. However, the price does not conform to the activity offered. It is worth visiting the island when in Copacabana

Los guías y conductor muy amables Translate this opinion into English.
