The guide didn't show up. We arrived 10 minutes early and he never turned on his phone or told us the tour was canceled.

The guide didn't show up. We waited a complimentary 10 minutes, but we left because we were freezing. We couldn't do the tour, as it was our last night in San Francisco.

The guide was very well explained and extremely knowledgeable, and he was exceptionally helpful and available. The tour route could be greatly improved, both in Chinatown and Italy. Visits to the main tourist spots in each neighborhood were missing.

Translate this opinion into English.

Enzo-Dany was a very good guide and explained everything perfectly. I thought he would explain a little more about Little Italy since he had already covered almost everything in Chinatown. Although I have to say that he gave us some really interesting information about Chinatown and he was able to answer all the questions that any of us in the group asked him perfectly. In short, I would recommend the tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.
