Interested in discovering one of the sites with the most biodiversity in the world? At the designated time, we'll meet at the main avenue in Bahía, in Uvita, to head to the coast of Bahía Ballena (Whale Bay), where a boat will take us to the Corcovado National Park Let's set sail to paradise!
We'll begin our sail along the coast of the Pacific Ocean toward the Osa Peninsula. During the journey, if we're lucky, we'll be able to see playful dolphins and even whales that often visit the waters of this area in Costa Rica. Don't forget your camera!
We'll then reach dry land, where we'll begin a hiking tour along the wild beaches of the park and the tropical jungle. This natural site in Costa Rica is home to one of the richest biodiversity in the world. Among the trails, you'll see the famous red-and-green macaws, hidden tapirs, and playful squirrel monkeys moving in the tree branches. Did you know that Corcovado has more tree species by hectare than most tropical forests in the world?
Then, we'll make a well-deserved stop to enjoy lunch with the beautiful views of Isla Island surrounded by peaceful nature. After lunch, you'll have free time to explore the area, relax, or simply let yourself be wooed by this gorgeous setting.
Afterward, we'll return to the boat to start our return trip. We'll say goodbye at the initial starting point after 6 to 8 hours. What a great day!
